

The latest person I talked to this year (sounded like she was Asian) said rebuilding wouldn't help, its a network problem. Shirley when talking with a Sage 50 support person from South Africa about a year ago he said that rebuilding the company file might fix the freezing of Sage 50, it would be a last resort. Not sure at this point if that's OK or not. Also Internet Explorer is no longer supported after June 22, 2022. We use payroll solutions and we have Internet Explorer which is one of the requirements but when I go to about Internet explorer it just gives the Windows build version not the version of Internet explorer which is supposed to be 11 for Sage 50. I ran across a article on operating system requirements of Sage 50 and as of Version 28 and it says it does not support Windows Server 2019 Essentials. We had a new sever installed about a year ago with Windows Server 2019 Essentials and we have had nothing but problems with the work stations freezing and having to reboot them multiple times a day to be able to use Sage.
